The eight units presented in this Educator Ethics and Conduct Toolkit can be used individually or as a group. Through case studies and suggested readings, these materials are intended to complement classroom instruction for teachers.

The Common Ground[1] Framework includes three sets of competencies—Cultural Awareness, Trauma-Aware, Mental Health and Wellness, and Technological and Virtual Engagement—for teacher training, both preparation and professional development, to provide educators with the skills and approaches that will enable them to better serve learners from all walks of life.
