This LibGuide outlines our support and services and provides help when you have questions about OJS, can't recall protocols, or have another frequently asked questions. When you have questions, please refer to this LibGuide first. We also recommend searching the PKP Community Forum for OJS troubleshooting. But, as always, the staff at POLP is here for you, so if you have questions that you can't immediately find the answer to here, please reach out.

Journal Discoverability

We will work with you to expose your journal metadata to OAI-PMHEBSCO Discovery ServiceDirectory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), and other major search indexes to increase the exposure of your e-journal and enhance its impact.

Statistics

  • OJS journal statistics for articles, editorial activity, and users
  • Google Analytics for website usage statistics
  • Plum Analytics for PlumX alternative metrics

Author Fees

ULS policies do not allow journal publications to charge author fees or article processing charges (APCs). To learn more about this policy, and our other publishing policies, please look at our policies webpage.
