All Pitt-Greensburg faculty, staff and students are eligible for one free 24” x 36” poster per academic year (July 1 - June 30).
We recommend reading these instructions when creating your poster.
Files should be saved as a PDF file using the highest resolution images possible. Completed PDF files can be emailed to posterprinting@pitt.edu. Please allow 72 hours (3 business days) for us to process each request. For example, files sent Friday evening may not be available for pickup until Wednesday.
The library reserves the right to deny poster requests at its discretion. The library is not responsible for any errors or image distortion unless there is a technology malfunction.
Pricing for additional posters:
36” x 48”: $25
24” x 36”: $15
Contact the library for additional poster sizes. Payment must be in the form of cash or check payable to University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg.

All Pitt-Greensburg faculty, staff and students can obtain 50 free 8.5" x 11" pages in color per fiscal year (July 1 - June 30). After receiving your 50 free 8.5" x 11" pages in color, additional pages are $.25 each.
Faculty and staff may bill their department for payment. This can include, at the department's discretion, student conference posters. In all cases, the Fund Transfer Form linked below must be completed prior to printing.
