Celebration of Faculty Scholarship and Service 2020

This guide displays many of Pitt-Greensburg faculty's accomplishments in scholarship and service during the 2019-2020 academic year.

Welcome from Dr. Robert Gregerson, Pitt-Greensburg President

Hi, everyone. Welcome to this celebration of faculty scholarship and service. It's a real pleasure to celebrate the accomplishments of our faculty in these two really important areas that complement and work with their teaching responsibilities.

It's not easy to be an active scholar. It takes dedication, work outside of the normal typical working week. But it's the kind of thing that we do to stay engaged, to stay active in our discipline, to stay relevant in our discipline. So for those whose scholarship is being celebrated: Good job, keep up the good work. Congratulations! Service is critical to who we are as a university, as a community, and I can't say enough about the dedication of faculty who commit themselves to service.

So thank you so much for all that you do to advance the university and make our communities better places to live for all. So once again, to everyone. Great work. Good job with everything you do. Thank you so much for all the contributions that you make. We really appreciate you. Take care.
