Head Over Heels Rescheduled

Head Over Heels - Rescheduled to November 2020

The developing coronavirus situation is making it necessary for many organizations to cancel events. The University of Pittsburgh is cancelling all university events that exceed 25 participants. As a result, UP Stages is cancelling the April 2020 performances of Head Over Heels.

We want to let you know that we are planning on moving this production to November of 2020.  Specific dates will be emailed and posted on our website within the next few weeks.

As cancellations of performances and gatherings become more widespread in the midst of COVID-19, this cancellation will have a harsh financial impact on our department. If you are a current ticket holder and would like to support our department during this difficult time, please consider one of the following options:

  • Donating your ticket(s) as a tax-deductible gift to the Dietrich-Richard McMillan and Anne Louise Bannon Endowed Scholarship Fund. This fund provides financial support for tuition and other educational expenses to outstanding students enrolled in the Theatre Arts Department.

  • Exchanging your April ticket(s) for November ticket(s).

For donations or exchanges, please contact Connie Markiw by email at cam177@pitt.edu.

If you would like to request a refund for you ticket(s), then please contact the UP Stages Box Office by email at stages@pitt.edu.

Our box office hours are Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM.

We know that this news may be a great disappointment to many as it is for us, and we sincerely thank you for your support during this difficult time.

Sincerely,

Annmarie Duggan, Chair
Department of Theatre Arts
