Teach with the Library

Collaborate with librarians to incorporate key research skills and improve student work when completing assignments. Here are some of the ways to Teach with the Library:

  • Plan an in-class session, workshop, or other learning activity
  • Create a learning object for your class ex. tutorial, course guide, video, Canvas module.
  • Develop or revise an assignment
  • Discuss suggested readings and other learning materials
  • Scaffold research skills throughout your course
  • Discuss programmatic learning goals for your department
