Individualized learning is important to understand for anyone who is interested in expanding their knowledge and improving their retention of information. Each individual is unique and will retain information in a unique way. Individualized learning is an educational tool that can be implemented for and by each individual to assist them to learn material in their own way and retain the maximum amount of information possible.
