Accessing Course Texts

Course texts are available from library Course Reserve. Professor Ung will supply the password for access.

  1. Go to the PittCat Website
  2. Select the magnifying glass next to the search bar.
  3. Select “Course Reserves”
  4. Enter your professor’s name or your course number into the search box.
  5. Click the title “*E-RESERVES*” for your course.  
  6. On the item record, click “view full text.” 
  7. Enter the password provided by your instructor. Passwords are case-sensitive. 
  8. A list of assigned readings will appear. Click the titles to access individual items. If you are off campus, you may be prompted to enter your Pitt user name and password to access some items.
