She is available for informal and formal help in locating resources and setting up citation management tools like EndNote and Mendeley,  She can also assist you with managing your research data, using altmetrics, bibliometrics, discovering impact factor, and identifying how open access might benefit you; when she's not able to assist, she'll pass you along to the right library specialist who can!.
