HPRED 0202 Psychology of Sport

Study of the behavior of athletes and individuals in various athletic and competitive environments.  Course content focuses on the following theoretical and applied topics: personality, anxiety, cognition, motivation, aggression, mental rehearsal and imagery, group cohesion, and social facilitiation.

This course is required for the BS in Sport and Recreation Management.
