When you do research for your classes, you shouldn't hesitate to ask a reference librarian for assistance. Determining which resources you should choose, knowing how to search them, and being able to incorporate the newly found information into your paper are skills you will need to learn. Becoming a savvy researcher may take a while. In the meantime, you can count on the reference librarians to guide you through the research process.

REFERENCE COLLECTION 位于图书馆一楼靠近公用电脑的位置。参考书和其它非流通材料仅限馆内阅览。如果你想从特定来源复制某些内容，一楼有两台公共扫描机可以用。
GENERAL COLLECTION: 二楼书架。最新的书在一楼电梯附近的书架上。
OVERSIZE COLLECTION: 一楼，位于图书馆东侧，面对 Biddle Hall。
ATLASES: 一楼，位于图书馆东侧，面对 Biddle Hall。地图册只能在馆内阅览。
PERIODICALS: 一楼书架, 电梯附近。一小部分学术期刊和流行杂志，包括现刊 / 新闻杂志和报纸，是按照标题的字母顺序排列的。期刊可以借阅7天（不可以续借，可借阅3 本每次）。
COURSE RESERVES 一楼，信息台 (Information Desk) 后面。大部分的 course reserve materials 仅限在图书馆内使用。详情请咨询 Information Desk。
AUDIO CDS 一楼, 洗手间附近。
VIDEOS 一楼, 洗手间附近。视频影像资料的借阅期限为14天，（不可续借）。影像资料还可以在图书馆一楼的媒体室 (Media Room) 或者通过便携式DVD播放机阅览。
GAMES: 一楼学习区，在通二楼楼梯附近。
GRAPHIC NOVELS: 一楼书架，电梯附近。
YOUNG ADULT: 一楼书架，电梯附近。
CURRICULUM ROOM: 二楼, 楼梯间右侧。这里的课程教材，包括青少年读物，教科书，以及教学用具等。
ARCHIVES: 这里的藏书禁止流通。详情请咨询 Reference 或者 Desk。
The library occupies the 1st and 2nd Floors of the Owen Library building. The Academic Success Center, IT-User Services, Print Shop, and "G" classrooms are located on the Ground Floor.
