Met with Administrators, Librarians and Staff of the James Madison University Library System (FTE just under 20,000) to observe their ongoing efforts in designing and providing training as they transition from a traditional Reference Desk service model, to a Tiered Referral System. In addition to sharing our insights as objective professional colleagues, we presented an overview of the ULS Intern Training Program, and facilitated a 'ready reference' and referral skills workshop for all JMU Library staff.
