Conducting a Literature Review

A literature review, simply put, is a search of the published literature with the compiled results furnishing an overview of your topic.

While a literature review can be exhaustive and can present a topic completely, it can also focus on a particular aspect, perhaps answering or dealing with a specific question.

The literature review frames the discussion of your topic within the context of available scholarly knowledge.
