Sponsored by the Carnegie Library and a cooperating collection of The Foundation Center, this is the single best source of nonprofit funding information in Pittsburgh.

If you have questions about the Center or its resources and services you may wish to speak with Peggy, the librarian.

Contact information for the Center, a map and directions to the CLP Main (Oakland) location, and information on upcoming programs and events can be found below:

Pittsburgh Newspapers

Did you know that in 2004 and again in 2010, Pittsburgh was named the Most Charity Conscious City in America. Charity Navigator, the premier independent charity evaluator, studied the 30 largest metropolitan areas and the financial health and efficiency of their charities to determine the rankings. For news about local foundations and nonprofits you will have to rely on their web sites, publications, and the local newspapers.
